Perfect Attendance
Attendance at school is SO IMPORTANT
that we have created
numerous incentives to reward those who are here with perfect
attendance. There are several ways we approach this:
--the homeroom with the most days of perfect attendance each month receives:
the traveling
trophy and a snack-n-juice party
--every 9 weeks those with perfect
attendance for that quarter have their names
placed in a hat and we draw for one of those students to win a free boombox
plus we take a picture of the entire group each quarter and send that to the press
--every semester those with perfect
attendance for that half of the year get to have
pizza
with the principal at a local restaurant
--at the end of the year, those with perfect
attendance all year long receive a free
iPod or, if they won an iPod the previous year, they will receive a set of iPod speakers
