Mrs. Dowling teaches math 10th-12th grades. She has earned a Bachelors of Arts in education and Master of Education at NSU. Her family consists of her husband Billy Dowling, captain of the Tahlequah Police Dept, and her son Joshua Looney who is currently attending OU as a 3rd year Dental student. Mrs. Dowling enjoys reading, walking everyday, and tending to her flowers in her yard. After retirement Mrs. Dowling plans on traveling and spending lots of time with family and hopefully grandchildren.
