Mr. McMillen is forty-five years old and was born here in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He lives with his wife Edna. He has a daughter named Tara and a son named Andrew. He went to High School in Hulbert, and went to NSU College. In his free time he enjoys working on his farm.
