Mrs. Shaffer teaches english. She has been teaching for eight years. Mrs. Shaffer graduated from Athens High School in 1981. Then she went on to Bluefield State College for her associates degree, Concord University for her BA, and finally she is at Northeastern State University pursuing her masters in English. Mrs. Shaffer has been married to Charles Shaffer, who is the NSU Network Manager, since 1984. They have three children together, Charles Nicholas, Zachary Austin, and Makayla Makenzie.
